To ensure a personalized approach, we require a complimentary meeting with one of our instructors before enrolling in our sessions. This meeting is essential in helping us learn more about your student and their needs, enabling us to create a tailored approach that maximizes their learning potential.
Personal Learning Sessions FAQ’s

This is a complimentary, no-commitment meeting. Finding the right education service is a big decision. We want all our clients to feel comfortable with the services offered before they choose to continue booking personal sessions with us. This meeting also allows us to learn about the student as well. This meeting is where we discuss learning objectives that can be reasonably met during sessions and provide the student and their parents/caregivers with information about what they can expect from our services.

If you choose not to pursue personal sessions with us, we will retain that information for a month and then delete any personal information collected.
Choosing not to enroll in the Personal Learning Sessions does not affect your ability to sign up for any group courses offered or use any public pages on our site. This also does not affect your ability to schedule or book sessions with us in the future.

We like maintaining close relationships with our students and their families or caregivers. During the initial meeting, we will discuss learning objectives for your student, but that doesn’t mean this can’t change! We provide progress reports for your student every month and offer monthly or every other month Zoom meeting options to discuss future goals.
A common occurrence is to have more concept-related classes during school breaks with very targeted learning goals and, during the school year, have broader learning goals that meet the needs required during a specific course.

This is a question that we get frequently and one that we like to be completely honest and transparent about. The short answer is they might and they might not. At Delta Learning Space, we understand that every student has different experiences, and we celebrate that. Our sessions are designed to see individual improvement in the student’s understanding. That said, because of the design of our Personal Learning Sessions, most of our students do see remarkable improvements in their school grades.
We guarantee your student will see improvement and build confidence during these sessions. We will help provide techniques to take exams, provide information on the class topic, and use hands-on learning and guided discovery techniques, but we do not guarantee any school grade.
